I’ve searched high and low for a good dairy-free dressing that didn’t taste funny and this one actually meets my standards!
This dressing is so good and will last about 5 days in the fridge. It tastes exactly the same as regular ranch dressing, it’s just a thinner consistency. If you want a thicker consistency, just let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
It literally takes me about 7 minutes to whip up. I take this to the beach, to playdates, to the zoo,…just about everywhere!
The recipe is:
•1/3 c. mayonnaise
•1/4 c. almond or coconut milk (I use both and just divide the amount)
•1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
•1 tsp. fresh dill
•1/4 tsp. organic sea salt
•1/4 tsp. black pepper
•1/4 tsp. garlic powder
•1/4 tsp. onion powder
•1/4 tsp. parsley
Cut up some fresh, organic bell peppers, baby tomatoes, cucumbers or whatever your favorite veggie is, and enjoy! This is the perfect healthy, yet fulfilling snack! Nom, nom, nom.
